Bimaparakh ("we", "us"), a platform powered by Protego Insure, is built for Indian HR and admin teams to understand their group health insurance. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using Bimaparakh you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, work email, phone number, company name and size, and role.
- Policy documents — the group health/mediclaim policy copies you upload for analysis.
- Claims & benefits data — claims dumps, member-detail files and, if you choose, prescriptions or consultation notes you attach to a claims coverage check. Attaching these documents is optional.
- Usage data — basic analytics (e.g. pages visited) to improve the product.
How we use your information
- To generate your Bima Score, coverage-gap analysis, claims coverage checks and next-year budget insights.
- To produce branded reports you can forward to your CEO/CFO.
- To let a Protego Insure advisor help you review gaps, claims or renewals when you request it.
- To send transactional emails (verification codes, reminders) and, where relevant, respond to your queries.
How your data is stored and protected
Uploaded documents and account data are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in secured, access-controlled cloud storage. Access is limited to authorised Protego Insure personnel who need it to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing with Protego Insure
Bimaparakh is operated by and shares your submitted information with Protego Insure for the purpose of insurance advisory, coverage review, claims support and renewal assistance. We do not share your documents with third parties for marketing.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time from your dashboard ("Delete all my data") or by emailing support@protegoinsure.in. We will delete your account and uploaded documents within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
